He has extensive experience advising businesses on contract negotiations, drafting and review, real estate, intellectual property matters, and employment law issues. Koko works closely with clients to navigate complex legal challenges, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their business objectives.
In addition to his corporate legal expertise, Koko is highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration. He advocates for efficient and cost-effective solutions, aiming to resolve disputes in ways that protect clients’ interests without full blown litigation while maintaining positive business relationships.
Outside of his legal practice, Koko is dedicated to staying informed on the latest trends in the legal and business sectors and enjoys sharing his knowledge with the public. In his free time, he enjoys football and traveling.
