She has a decade experience in Capital market transactions, strategic investments, Corporate Commercial law, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance, and Funds.
She has worked closely with both domestic and international clients, guiding them through complex legal challenges. and helping them navigate regulatory frameworks effectively.
In addition to her professional skills, she is an excellent communicator and negotiator, proficient at presenting complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner, she is also regarded for her attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to anticipate and mitigate potential legal risks.
